A New Year is here with 365 days to BE the change you desire to be. As many others do at the beginning of a new year, I too, was thinking about resolutions. I questioned why so many inspired dreams are given up before the end of January. Is change too hard? Do I make excuses? Do I allow too many distractions?
I found one solution! You must prepare your garden. See and feel it fully in bloom. It is easy to say you choose to transform your weight or desire harmony with your relationships or desire that promotion. However, this is only the faith part. Faith, while in your strong, clear, determined moment, you will emerge victorious. However, faith requires works.
See and feel your new outcome. How will you feel on December 31, 2020, when you are victorious? In order to prepare your garden, you must surround yourself with what, whom and how you desire to be.
This passage from Philippians 4:8 sums it up: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
